Aizawa Pure Copper Mini Grater - L we collaborated with product designerThis grater is made by Aizawa Workshop in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, an area renowned for metalwork and Western tableware production. The pure copper grater features sharp teeth that slice through ingredients rather than tearing them. Ginger is grated while cutting through its fibres, creating a soft texture, while wasabi can be grated in a kneading motion without crushing, resulting in rich flavour.
