This call is in a Mahogany pot and has an open back feature so you can use the glass sound board to make nice purrs, cutts and clucks. Yelps roll over very nicely on this call. Yelps are sharp and crisp as are the cutts. The ceramic playing surface gives just a bit different sound than a slate or glass. Good volume for open areas yet can be toned down for close calling or those calm days.
