Sourced from 30 plus year old vines across Margaret River, grown in the regions signature gravelly loam soils, the grapes were hand picked, carefully sorted, and naturally fermented as whole berries in open fermenters for 20 to 30 days. The wine then spent ten months in barrel and another month settling naturally in tank before bottling. The result is everything a great Margaret River
