These blocks are within very close proximity (ca. 100m), the old Shiraz having a wine namesake trademarked after it. Destemmed, 80% whole berry, co fermented in concrete, maceration between 7 and 54 days. 9 months in 700l oak, 25% new. Pretty fruit, mineral tones with a delightful tanin & acid balance into Beautifully lifted with boysenberry & charcuterie notes.
