Louis Roederer Cristal 2014 Champagne Petit Mouton Rothschild Whispering Angel from Chateau d'EsclansNEW ABV 12% Cristal is Louis Roederer's flagship cuve. Hand harvested and vinified by plot, 20% of the blend was vinified in large oak casks and 20 % underwent malolactic fermentation. Cristal 2014 was bottle aged for 8 years before being left to rest for at least 8 months after disgorging in order to attain perfect maturity.
