From the storied Gesha region of Ethiopia and grown on the beautiful volcanic slopes of Hualalai, Kona Hawaii, this varietal of coffee has a distinct, bright taste. The beans are fermented in a longer, natural process similar to how our cocoa beans are fermented as well, which helps smooth and remove bitterness. Difficult to grow, this rare coffee is sought after by true connoisseurs and we only sell
