The nose is elegant and intense, with aromas of nuts, especially walnut, vanilla, citron and smidges of peppermint. In the mouth, it is voluptuous and balanced, with a striking acidity to counterbalance a quasi overwhelming sweetness, notes of honey and spices, lightly smoked and subtle ripe fruit.
