It is made from a mix of Concerto and Laureate barley malt, with a phenil content of 78PPM and an in glass phenol content of 19PPM. It is fermented using Pinnacle mg+ yeast, and matured exclusively in American White Oak. Bottled with no chill filtration or added colour.
